Kickboxing

With more than 10 years of experience in various martial arts, such as taekwondo, kickboxing and MMA, I approach kickboxing training in a creative way. We take a broad look at where you currently stand, so that together we can further build on your technique or start your growth into a real fighter.

Running
Training

Do you want to participate in the dam to dam loop? Or do you want to work on your running technique? Do you want to improve your speed or increase your distance? Then there is the possibility to achieve all of this with the running training that is offered 

With my experience and knowledge as a runner / sprinter, at varying distances including the 100m, 200m sprint, I can literally help you get ahead. Where there's a Will there's a way!

If you want to work independently, a personalized training schedule can be put together on the basis of photo and / or video examples. To create an appropriate training, we look at your home situation and needs. The exercises can be functionally oriented, for example to prevent or reduce specific injuries, to increase your mobility or strength, or to improve your performance within your specific sport or dance style. With the knowledge and experiences that I gained during my training as a physiotherapist, I look with an academic view at what can best help you forward.
